Simple 2 Serious L.L.C. has a goal to change the way that technology companies provide I.T. support to small and medium sized businesses. Our service is set apart in our industry by our combining technology support and project management tools. Our project portal allows our clients to see any network documentation, or project status in real time from any internet connected computer.

 History and Background

 Simple 2 Serious got its start in 2003 after Scott Champine and Joe Ortiz began building computers for various friends and family. The name Simple 2 Serious actually comes from the simple desktop machines we would build for struggling college students to the serious $6,000 gaming rigs we would build for professional gamers.

 While obtaining a Masters Degree Scott met Gloria Tufo together they developed a project management approach to add business value to the technology service offering at Simple 2 Serious. Clients respond well to the fact that their technology professionals are not only working directly for them, but that everything is documented and information is always readily available.

Our staff shares experience from director of information technology for a large healthcare organization down to repair technician solving everyday problems. But what sets us apart is a shared vision that customer service comes first, and that anything we do should add value to our customers business.

Scott T. Champine - MBA

Title: Senior Network Consultant, Security Analyst

Qualifications: M.B.A. with emphasis in Project Management from Keller Management. B.S. in Network Communication Management from DeVry University. Certificate in Computer Networking from Pikes Peak Community College. Cisco Certified Network Associate. He has 5 years experience with Linux and other open source platforms.

Gloria C. Tufo - MBA, MSNCM

Title: Senior Network Consultant, Project Management

Qualifications: Master in Network and Communication Management(NCM) with emphasis in Project Management. M.B.A. with emphasis in NCM both from Keller Management. B.S. in Network Communication Management from DeVry University. A+ Certified. She has 15 years experience with Windows platform including Citrix, and SAN/NAS technology. 10 years experience in corporate management.

Joe Ortiz

Title: Hardware Tech, Web Developer

Qualifications: A+ Technician with 10 years experience building customized gaming machines. Joe is an expert Microsoft Windows Technician.

Jared Smith

Title: Network Consultant, Programmer

Qualifications: A.A. in Information Systems from Glendale Community College, working towards a B.S. in Computer Science. Over 7 years experience with user support and web development programming.
